BubSync is designed for iOS, Android, and the web. During pre-release, we are onboarding testers in stages and sharing access details through the beta list.

During pre-release, access is invite-led. At launch, BubSync will offer a free tier with up to 2 babies, 7-day history, snapshots, and local logging. Premium adds cloud sync, family sharing, predictions, growth charts, exports, and advanced customisation.

Family admins can invite a partner or carer from the Family tab with a reusable invite link or code. Family sharing and cloud sync are paid features at launch.

Yes. Premium includes care handover instructions and notifications so the next carer can quickly see what happened and what is due next.

At launch, Premium supports unlimited family members. The free tier is designed for local solo logging.

Yes. BubSync supports multiple babies on one account. Tap the baby switcher at the top of the timeline to switch between babies. Free plan supports 2 babies; Premium supports unlimited.

Premium unlocks cloud sync and family sharing, unlimited family members, unlimited babies, unlimited history, snapshots plus predictions, care handover instructions and notifications, 30-day insights charts, growth charts, PDF/JSON/CSV exports, custom activity types, and priority support.

At launch, new paid-tier accounts are planned to receive a 14-day free trial. During pre-release, beta access is invite-led.

Once mobile subscriptions are live, you will be able to cancel from the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your device. Paid access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Premium subscribers can export all activity data as PDF, JSON, or CSV from Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Data. Exports include activity types, timestamps, and notes.

BubSync data is stored securely in AWS infrastructure in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region in the United States. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. See our Privacy Policy for details on cross-border safeguards and retention.

Never. Your baby's data is private to your family. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. We aim to remove active account data within 30 days. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups may remain for up to 35 days and are not accessible to users.
